Romainia Raises Standard VAT Rate to 21% and Increases Reduced Rate to 11%

Romainia standard VAT rate has increased from 19 to 21%. The previous reduced rates of 9% and 5% have been consolidated into a new 11% reduced rate. The 9% rate remains until August 1st 2026 for certain housing.

Rates have been updated in our database for customers using both Version 1 & 2 of the API.
