Poland cuts VAT on the sale of eBooks

Following the EU Councils proposal to allow EU member states to cut rates on electronic publications to match their printed equivalents from the 1st April 2019 Poland has cut its VAT rate on the sale of eBooks to 5% and eNewspapers/Journals to 8%.
