Ireland cuts VAT from 23% to 21% until Feb 2021

Effective from September 1st 2020 Ireland reduces the standard VAT rate from 23% to 21%. This is a temporary measure until Feb 2021.

Rates have been updated in our database for customers using both Version 1 & 2 of the API.
